Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and kind. We were there with Special Olympics for a tournament and when we arrived there was a sign that read good luck Special Olympics. A very nice touch.
We were near the end of our road trip and this place was convenient and comfortable enough. Breakfast was good, good service there. I can recommend staying here...
We stayed here for the second year in a row with our swim team. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. What prompted me to write this review is our latest stay here. Stephanie from the front desk and Alejandra the breakfast host were both fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate us. We are SO thankful! I also watched Stephanie go out of her way to help another guest with a baby. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
We had a great stay! The front desk team was super nice especially Iola, Marisela, and Issac. They made everything so easy and welcoming. A big shoutout to Atanly, our food host. He was amazing! Always greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was really convenient too. Overall, a wonderful stay.
I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suite for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful upon arrival, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The amenities were fantastic. They have a large pool and hot tub and firepit. The complimentary breakfast featured a great selection of food including fresh warm waffles, oatmeal, and biscuits gravy, eggs, and sausage.
Nice hotel with clean rooms. Breakfast was just okay, with no vegetarian options except for waffles. Free parking available.
The staff were super helpful and really nice. We came with our soccer team and the staff was very accommodating to us using the common areas for setting up group meals. The rooms were beautiful and the double bed room had a trundle under the couch so we could spread out and be comfortable as a family. The pool was heated for the kids to have fun and there was a large hot tub. Costco was next door and there’s a mall and food places within close driving distance.
Front desk guy very nice . It seems like a brand new hotel. Share pool with Townsuite. There is a sign hot tub was broken but we used the pool in the very windy night and the pool water was actually warmer than the hot tub. :) . Room wall is thin , we can hear next door room .
